Roli Rise Problem

Hello, i bought a Roli Rise but i have two big problems.
1. playing one Note on my Roli And press a Little bit a Second Note was played very disharmonic.
Is there a possibility to Reset the Roli And the equator software?
2. Bluetooth Connection is very vulnarable. The Connection is lost within one Minute.

I connect the seaboard to my MacBook Pro, 16g,1tb, it’s the newest MacBook from june 2015.
I’m using Yosemite 10.10

Is here someone who has a Solution for my Problem?

I use a Macbook Pro late 2013 with Yosemite and bluetooth works like a charm.
You can configure the Rise via the dashboard app. Not exactly sure what you mean with very disharmonic. Like it´s out of tune? Do you have this disharmonic sound also when you disable the glide?

Thanks for your response! Tomorrow i will contact Roli again to solve my problem. Writing my Problem on Facebook i See that’s Not only my problem!

For this Moment i Reinstall the actual Firmware again and my detuning Problems are solved. But using the seaboard via Bluetooth is Not solved. Connection is lost within a Minute!

I’ve had some lost bluetooth connections, too, though not at fixed intervals. Certainly not something i would use on stage…

Do keep us posted if any improvements/patches turn up.
